Pregnacy aversions ?!?!

7 weeks pregnant and its so hard to eat i get so nauseas and cant eat food but can eat snacks and fruits has this happened to anyone else. ?? Is this normal ?? New to this and the nausea is terrible

I’ve managed to lose weight in my first trimester as I’ve had so many good aversions and feel nauseous a lot especially when it comes to meal times. The fact you’re snacking and able to eat fruit is really good!! It gets easier I’ve been told! X

I’ve lost weight so far but eating is the only thing that makes me not nauseas. I prefer to snack or have small meals which is what all the books recommend to help with decreasing nausea. Just find foods you can tolerate.

This is meeeee 100%. I’m 6 w and 3 days though. Literally every food is repulsive to me but I get soooo nauseous if I don’t eat every hour or two. I’ve been ordering take out because I just don’t even know what I’m in the mood for but I know it has to be substantial to keep my nausea at bay
