Am I pregnant?

Please help me! I started taking the pill 3 weeks ago and my doctor told me to take it right away when I got it and not to wait till after my period. I didn’t get my period this month (I’m assuming because of the pill) and I’m 11 days late. I’ve been having unprotected sex after 2 weeks of being on the pill and he has ejaculated inside me. I’ve been having slight cramps and pink spotting for 2 days. My breasts are a little sensitive. Are these side effects of the pill or am I pregnant? Please please help!
