Sore nipples, can this be normal?

Does anybody’s else boobs hurt for awhile ? My boobs have been hurting for going on a month now and it’s mostly just my nipples. Sometimes my boyfriend can barely lay on them or I can’t sleep in my stomach. I’ve had bumped them a couple times by accident and it literally has shot a sharp pain. Idk if this would have anything to with it but I had a miscarriage about 3 months ago and I was only two months along. Ever since then my period has been irregular. The app says I was supposed to start today but nothing yet and I’m not sure if it was to early or not but I took a cheap pregnancy test Friday and it was negative.
