Scared husband help!?

Backstory first: I’m exactly 5ft tall, prepregnancy I weighed 94lbs, and I’m due with baby number 2 September 27th after having a c-section 4.5 years ago.
My c-section was planned (medical reasons) nothing involved with labour and not progressing, but I’ve been cleared by my family doctor and my obgyn doctor (same doctor who delivered my daughter via c-section.) 
So I’m really wanting to try for a TOLAC/VBAC, and my husband is absolutely scared that I won’t be able to do it cuz I’m a small person, help me to get him to not be so scared with success stories of smaller person delivering naturally please? ☺️

So happy to have come across this post as I am in the same boat. 
Going for a vbac with our daughter after having our son via c-section 3 years ago simply because he was breech and no other medical issues. All signs are good as far as my scar thickness, the babies position and my body preparing itself for delivery (already thinning and dialated at 36 week appointment). 
There is no hiding that going into a vbac is scary, my doctor literally threw around the term "higher mortality rate for those women and babies". HOWEVER, we ALL KNOW that having a baby vaginally is safer than by c-section, it was the way we were designed to have babies. Regardless of our size (I am also 5'1 and prepregnancy weight of 98 lbs), our bodies were literally *designed* for this. Now, the most important role your husband has in all of this is to encourage and support you, to believe in you, in your body and most importantly in God and that He alone will get you through this and not by your own strength. Babies are purely miracles already, allowing ourselves to go through the birthing process is even more of a miracle if you ask me. It's a gift to get to deliver them ourselves. The surgical side is always there if we need it, yay for modern medicine and advancements for that. But know that *this* is meant for you. 
I recommend hopping on pinterest and looking up successful vbac stories, there are even a slew of them that do end in repeat c-section but that everyone comes out just fine on the other end. Reprogram that sweet noggin' of yours and move forward confidently in yourself, your womanly ability and don't allow yourself room for fear. Fear is what makes things go wrong. Rid yourself of it and encourage your husband to do the same. Have him read some articles too. There are so many stories out there. 
In a nutshell, we are BRAVE for wanting to do a vbac - a lot of women just accept a repeat c-section and we are going against the grain to thrive in the benefits of a vaginal birth. It may not be our first kid but it is our first labor experience. I may not know a lot about it yet, but I know you and your husband both must move forward with full confidence in your design and in God's hand.

I'm around 5feet 2 inches. I had my first baby in 2016, all natural, he was 2.8kgs. I had my second baby in 2018, all natural, he weighed 3.6kg.

The women on my moms side are all short My two aunts were small like that 5ft and able to vaginally birth all of their kiddos one even had a 10lb baby boy. My mom had An emergency CSection with me and then opted to do a planed with my brother. I’m a little taller 5.5 and I’ve been able to birth two girls one 7 lbs 14 oz and the other 8 lbs 12 oz.

I’m 5ft tall and weighed about 105 when I got pregnant with my son 5 years ago, I was able to successfully deliver my son who was 7lbs14oz. I know that is a bit of a different situation since I hadn’t had a previous c section but your body is definitely capable of it as long as your dr doesn’t have any concerns about you delivering you should be good to try for that vbac!

My mom is just under 5 feet and had healthy, normal VBACs with both and my brother 30 years ago. You'll be okay!
