Sleep training
So when my son was born I let him sleep in the bed w me ( yea I know I’m not supposed to but he wouldn’t sleep any other way and I was sleep deprived & gave up .) so here he is 18 months and I’m ready to have my bed back .
He kicks me and sleeps all kinds of crazy . I have a crib for him still set up in my room .
Any of you moms know how to help transition him ? Any advice or tips ?
