Breathing through contractions...? NO.
I’m 39 +2 with a boy that’s sitting so low that he’s actually kicking nerves in my hips that’s sending lightning bolts INTO my thighs. This went from lightning crotch to lightning LEGS. I have to stop and breath through his kicks all day everyday because of it. I’m so over this pregnancy 😭. Lost my mucus plug the last 2 days and still not a single cramp or contraction.
