I'm almost 10 weeks ... Everyday is s struggle. I'm neasuas, weak, tiered, headache ... I have  an eight-year-old boy that I needed to take care of every day wake up early take him to school along with everything else as in homework and dinner, cleaning etc. my husband is in the military and is going to be gone all week and he works all the time I'm usually home by myself. I barely have the energy to go pee. how do you get through this !?
