Very high HCG levels at 9W normal with twins ?

My HCG level was 138405 at 9W is that normal ? Is that too high they gave me my bloodwork with no explanation ...

I wouldn’t worry about levels unless they say anything. At this point unless they are dropping the ultrasound is the best way to see how the babies are doing. At 9 weeks or around there I think we peak with our levels too. I was so sick around that time haha.

Mine were at 144,700 at 6w 5d I'm 21 weeks now and my dr never mentioned anything about it.
