Hey ladies 17 weeks here
I was just wondering if any of you ladies with twins experience any abdominal pain/cramping and pressure when you turn around to quickly in bed or sit up to fast. Iv been having a lot of cramping and pressure for about 30 minuets after I moved to quickly and I’m worried I might have harmed my babies some how.
