Stabbing pain for 30 seconds - should I be concerned?!

I am 11 weeks 4 days and after getting up from the bed suddenly I got a really strong stabbing pain in my lower abdomen which lasted for 30 seconds and went away. Could this be a sign of miscarriage? Should I be concerned? Thanks!

I had that with my first baby. I asked my doctor and she said it sounded like round ligament pain. It happened a few times in late 1st/early 2nd trimester. I would still ask your doctor if it makes you nervous though.

Round ligament pain is starting. It's completely normal. And very painful 🥴😊
I'm getting it too, but on the sides inside my hip bones. I'm 13 weeks today.
