7 dpo sharp pains in uterus/ovaries all day (on and off since 3 dpo) I woke up to the stabbing pain in my right ovary and I have knee pain almost all day. Could this be implantation? I'm 8 dpo now, I have had white discharge on my underwear since 3dpo
