Sharp pain
I got up from sitting on the edge of my bed and felt a sharp shooting pain down my left pelvic muscle and a little center. I had to sit back down. I’ve had no blood and it doesn’t really hurt anymore, maybe just a low, dull pain. Did I likely just tweak myself/move too awkwardly?
