Should I go to ER?

I’m about 7 weeks pregnant today. I can’t keep anything down. I’m so sick. This does not feel like morning sickness this feels like when I had appendicitis. The same pain, the same place. I’m wondering if something is wrong with my gallbladder. I feel extremely ill like something Is wrong. I didn’t start puking til today but the pain has been going on since last night should I go get checked out?
