Working Out


For those moms who work out, are you still going strong? Have you cut back or stopped? I was doing great until about 32 weeks then really started to suffer while working out. Once I hit 34 I basically threw in the towel😩 I’m just in so much pain and the Braxton Hicks are awful any time I try to do it! I am still active and walking and chasing my toddler around, but I sort of feel like I’m done until after baby. I have never been a huge working out person, but tried to stick to it this pregnancy to be healthier.
