White guilt

Does anyone have white guilt? I HATE that people are treated differently solely based on their skin color. I think it’s so wrong. But I see pictures like this:

& I just feel so guilty. It’s not fair that people of color can’t do things white people can without being berated or killed. It’s not fair that a person of color won’t get the job they’re more than qualified for but I, who am not as qualified, get it just because I’m white. It’s not fair that people of color can’t walk in a neighborhood & get the cops called on them.

I hate this.

How can I, as a white person, help?
