Last Baby and Permanent BC?? 🤔

Is this anyone's last baby? I'm curious to know what others plans are as far as tubal ligation or vasectomy for their partner? 
I'm currently pregnant with Baby #4, a girl after 3 boys, and this is our last child. My husband offered to get a vasectomy, which is great, after our baby is born, but I'm wondering if I should get a tubal as well? 
Three of our four children have been surprise pregnancies, and I have read some worrisome stories about vasectomies failing.
What's everyone else's plans if this is your last child?

Im getting my tubes tied as this is baby #6 for me and at some point I dont want to be chasing toddlers lol. My other kids are 1, 3, 11, 13, and 17.

This is also baby #4 and I will be getting my tubes tied afterward, I had to fight like hell for my doctor to agree (because I’m 22) but I’ve literally been pregnant since 2016 🙄 I have a 3, 2, 1 and this will be newborn so pray for me 😅

I have read a lot of things about vasectomys failing so I want to get my tubes tied. However, I am only 22 and worried they will not let me. I know 100% this is my last pregnancy because my body hates being pregnant, but with my age who knows so my husband might just end up trying the vasectomy and praying it works.
