Wanted to share a good sleeping tip

For the past few weeks sleeping through the night was a HUGE challenge for me, and I could NEVER get comfortable! My body would always ache like someone beat me up and my legs would beg for a massage!

I started prenatal yoga (20-25 min a day) and now I sleep like a baby! It was a HUGE game changer for me. The gentle stretches really help! But the thing is, if I miss a day of it, I find it hard to sleep comfortably so I always always make sure to sneak in some stretches before bed.
