Sleep Advice😴

It’s currently 2:50am here, and I’m so exhausted. Almost 3 weeks ago we moved from Southern Louisiana to Germany. Back in the states my daughter was on a wonderful sleep schedule. She woke up at 8am, took one long nap from 2-5pm, and then went to bed at 10pm and slept though the night. It worked for us. When we first got here, which is a 7 hour difference, things were difficult. Which was expected. Now she’s somewhat back on a sleep schedule. Waking up at 9:30am, napping from about 2-5pm, and I’m putting her down for bed at 9:30pm. Pretty much the same, but the problem now is that she’s not sleeping though the night! A handful of times she’ll like halfway wake up, whine a ton, try to climb on me, and then it’s so hard to get her back fully asleep. I used to cosleep, but since moving here and being back with my husband and us wanting some time alone, she’s now in her own bed. We don’t have her crib yet, she’s just on a mattress next to ours which is how she crawls over and climbs on me in the middle of the night. I guess it’s just all the recent changes that are affecting her, but I just want some decent sleep😭 I just don’t know what to do to help her sleep better? Do I just put her in the bed with us and try getting her in her crib once it gets here? Should I shorten her 3 hour midday nap so she’s more tired at night? I don’t know what to do ... Help🥺
