Pre-baby classes
I need input from women have taken pregnancy classes!!! I just want to know how worth it they are. I obviously want to take a breast feeding class, but as far as the child birth prep (Lamaze) classes go, I'm not 100% convinced that it would be worth it.
Or if you opted out of the classes, what other options did you choose to help you through labor and breast feeding?
