Help, does this sound like the start of a miscarriage?g

So I am about 5 weeks pregnant and had a chemical last month. 2 nights ago when I wiped I saw pink blood. Naturally I was devastated. 
Yesterday I continued to have pink blood only when I wiped and appeared to be reducing. 
This morning I wiped and its more brown now. At the moment this is only when I wipe. 
I would suggest its about the same amount as when you are just coming on to your period. 
I have had some minor cramping, a sort of pulling sensations in my stomach and the odd pinching sensation. It has not been severe at all. Also been feeling really sick all day, but I think the combination of pregnancy and the thought of miscarrying is probably causing that! 
Please let me know what you think. Or if you have had a similar experience. How did it turn out?
****Update***** i have had a scan today which has confirmed I am 6 weeks 1 day pregnant due 27th April 2021 and heartbeat  was beating perfectly 😀😀 There is hope!!

I just went to the doctor this past week for the exact same thing!
Cramps all day Saturday, bad back pain and spotting. Mostly brown spotting but then Sunday was bright red for a min or so and then continued to be brown.
saw the doctor Monday and did an ultrasound and all good. She said I have a friable cervix and any changes can make the cervix bleed bc it’s so sensitive. Lots of changes happening and cramps and spotting can be normal.
Be aware of a lot of red bleeding (enough to fill a panty liner) with tissue passing and cramps that are very painful 
If that’s not happening, most likely you’re ok but always good to just call your doctor! It was nice to get a sneak peak anyways of my baby in there cooking and gave me relief before my 8 week appt in sept! Hope this helps!
Oh and I also spotted with my first child the first trimester too and he’s healthy and I had a fine pregnancy.

I had the same thing at 4w 5 days, spotting stopped within 24 hours and I had my first ultrasound at 6w4d and there was a heartbeat :)

I had spotting twice w/my first. Didn’t last long just was on the tissue when I wiped & in the toilet but wasn’t really in my panties. Unless it’s a lot of blood, bright red, and painful I would try not to worry. I’m currently 5 weeks & cramping every day. I’m just trying to think positive thoughts.

I’m experiencing the exact same and I’m kind of freaking out. 
I had some pink blood two days ago and some cramping. But since then, it’s been brown and only when wiping. There’s been some pulling and stretching. 
Although I have read that this is normal. It doesn’t stop my mind from going into overdrive! 
I’m considering trying to be seen earlier to get some reassurance and find out what’s going on

I have pinching and pulling pain too. It’s normal. I’m not a doctor but it sounds like a normal pregnancy so far. I had zero signs of miscarriage when I had my MMC 4 years ago. Heavy bleeding 🩸 dark blood and painful cramps came after they gave me the pill to help speed it along. When I say painful I mean doubled over pain and barely able to walk.
