Worried and on a 14 day quarantine

I just got back to Europe from the states and immediately got a positive today (yay!) but I’ve had 2 MCs with no successful pregnancies. Both were pretty early on. One of them I was on progesterone suppositories for but it didn’t end up doing much. I absolutely cannot leave my house for 14 days but need to get more progesterone and see my obgyn immediately. I’m not sure what to and and I’m really scared about it. I can’t even go get a FRER to confirm or prenatals. My midwife is going to call me later today. Guess I’m not really looking for advice but just to rant
