CD19 no ovulation in sight

I am getting so frustrated. All of my apps say I should have ovulated by now and I keep testing with both the Clearblue digital and LH strips and no ovulation in sight. Last month I finished the premama BC cleanse (stopped the pill in January) and I ovulated on CD23 and AF still came on time. Now this month still no sign of ovulation. What is going on?!
