Nexplanon after 3 year removal

Hey guys, so my 3 years is up on September 18 for my nexplanon. I have it scheduled to be taken out on the 16.

What I’m wondering is what you guys experienced those last few weeks or should I be prepared for anything?

(Yes I know all bodies are different I just want a general consensus cuz I’m nervous )

Right now my only out of the ordinary thing is i had an actual period for the first time in 2.5 years. For the past 2.5 years Iv just had spotting for a day every 4-6 months. And I’m cramping like something awful. which I haven’t had a cramp in years. As well as my titties being hella tender. The cramping and tenderness was what happened monthly before nexplanon so I figured it would come back.

I’m just nervous to have like an extreme mood change? Or is some of my hair gonna fall out? Will I have a massive period for like 3 months?? Will I grow hair in weird places? Will I loose some weight?

Any advice or experience is welcome 🙏 I’m super anxious 😟
