Am I wrong?

My baby’s dad will want to drop our daughter off sometime after spending time with her. I have went outside to see her in the front seat with the seatbelt on regular. She’s only 3 and I keep telling him I don’t appreciate him not having her in her car seat. I have said it multiple times nicely but now he’s just pissing me off and he’s always saying I’m “bitching” He thinks he’s some professional driver and that he’ll never get into an accident. He live 7 minutes away from me so he thinks it’s ok. I think not. I dropped my daughter off at his moms and he said he’d get her. I left the car seat there. She lives about 25 minutes away. I once again see him pulling up with her in the front seat. Asked him why and he said he didn’t even know I had left the car seat but he had the car seat in the back seat like what??!? I’m just really tired of it. Is there anything I could do?
