TMJ while pregnant

I went to the ENT doctor today and was told I have tmj not a ear infection my jaw hurts so bad my ear hurts and my head is killing me and my tooth I just cannot deal with the pain the doctor said she couldn’t prescribe me anything with me being pregnant only thing I can do is massage the area and use a hot/cold pack or Tylenol I have been using Tylenol everyday and I Dnt really like taking pills while pregnant

Idk what to do the pain is unbearable and I have to work
