Ultrasound Pictures (NOT Pregnant)

I am not pregnant. But I had the Mirena removed on Monday. And I am having serious blood clots. I had an ultrasound today and they wouldn’t tell me anything. I took a fuzzy picture before I left. 🤦🏼‍♀️ I know not to get medical advice. But I’m curious if anyone sees anything there? It looks sooo different from the ultrasound I had with my pregnancy 4 years ago. I guess it would be since there’s no baby but still.... I do know the black circle doesn’t look like everything else. Neither does the line. I mean it looks like a lake on a map!
