Weird symptoms help

For the last week or so I’ve had a weird arrangement of symptoms. I’ve had these gassy-like pains every now and then but no gas, light cramping and an occasional stabbing pain to one side of my lower stomach (the cramps don’t feel like normal period cramps either), an occasional urge to urinate more than usual and a slightly yellow discharge. The amount of discharge is normal for me, just the color is off.

I’m on Nexplanon (since January) and haven’t slept with anyone in 2 months - so it’s not pregnancy right? I just have no idea what it could be - I’ve had no irregular breast soreness, constipation, fatigue, nausea or anything. I’m just a little freaked out! Any information would be great :)
