Diaper Cake Problem

So I am making a diaper cake for a coworker who is having her third child. I know you're supposed to make the center a paper towel roll but I was wondering how people would feel if I used a full bottle of wine as the center?? Just some history on her. She's fun, outgoing, goofy, and a full blown country girl.  I think she would laugh at it but I don't know about how others would feel.
