3rd degree tear PP
I had a 3rd degree tear with my LO 😩 I’m 9wpp and I still experience a lot of soreness down there and sharp pain around my vagina sometimes throughout the day. I find it very uncomfortable to sit down half the time 😠and super gassy 🤢 I brought it up to my OB at our appointment but she didn’t address any of my concerns and said it was normal? are any moms going through this with their healing process?
