How am i not in labor ????! 😩🥴

I’m 34 with twin boys and I’m 4cm dilated , 100% effaced and baby A is so engaged that they can’t get his head or face on ultrasound anymore. Both babies are head down. My belly has dropped.

I have contractions all day everyday and the other day i thought i was for sure in labor but it eventually stopped after 12 hours...

I’ve had two rounds of steroid shots etc so I’m not worried about any of that stuff.. but i don’t get it..

My doctors office people were shocked to see me still pregnant
