Insomnia in early pregnancy??

Anyone experience this? I’m 4 w 5 days. During the day I’m so so tired but at night when I get in bed I just can’t fall asleep 😩

14 weeks it’s currently 2:18AM and there’s no hope of me going back to sleep.

Currently 17 weeks almost 1am and still not sleepy🤦🏻‍♀️but Im still taking naps sometimes during the day lol

Yes... unfortunately it’s a pregnancy symptom that can come anytime, can last the whole time, or come and go. Sleep is definitely rough in pregnancy, and beyond.

Yep I had this BAD!! Mine has passed tho only the odd night I have full insomnia so hopefully yours does too xx
