Pulled quad

I worked my legs out on last Friday and a little bit on Sunday. My quads are probably not recovered fully. I sat down on my knee a little while ago and I think I ended up pulling my quad muscle. Really really bad. I screamed in pain, couldn't stand immediately. When I finally did, I felt light-headed and my ears went numb. My body was shaking. My period started this morning and I didn't get enough sleep but it almost feels like the quad muscle stretch was what caused the light-headedness.

I'll go get checked out when the clinic opens and I will ice it too but has this happened to anyone before? My trainer has no idea.
