Had a miscarriage ???

So aug 1st - 5th i was having a miscarriage... this week or 2 i was having pregnancy symptoms and was planning to take a test.. then yesterday i start feeling crampy my lower backs starts to ache and i was spotting light rose color nothing major🤷🏽‍♀️ implantation? Is what I thought.. then i had sex and thats when it gushed... 🙄 been having really bad cramps and full on emotional my breast tenderness/nipple soreness is going away.. this is the second day and since yesterday evening and now it has been REALLY bad like the bleeding is crazy every hour or 2 im changing bc i feel it leakin a bit..🙁 help please my cramps are really tense right now and i just feel like pushing i feel like my uterus is filled with blood🙁
