Miscarriage/D&C 13 weeks 3 days 😔😔

My baby died sometime this morning. 😢😢 it was great while it lasted. I went to the hospital to have another ultrasound to confirm. I still had some hope, but, it was confirmed there that the baby had died sometime last night/early morning. I was measuring right on time, the baby just didn't have a heartbeat. I have a D&C scheduled tomorrow at 1pm. I've never had a miscarriage before, and I'm completely heartbroken. My O.B said if I'm ready, I can try in 5 weeks, and she'll help me.
