Spotting ? Help
So early this morning at 3:30am I took a preg test came back Not pregnant.
This morning I had cramps and real bad lower back pain. Now I had light pink spotting. What do you think pregnant? Should I still wait to test again? 10/11 DPO.

I don’t remember having spotting with baby #1 although it has been 8 years since then.
Any help would be awesome!!
