yes it’s normal to spot after sex, i don’t usually spot straight away but like a day after. and i’d be worried if it was bright red and heavy with clotting and cramping, but you should be fine. let doctor know so you can feel better (: it’s looks light brown mixed w discharge it looks normal to me, i get that sometimes. just rest a lot and stay hydrated!

Brown blood means it’s old, so that’s a plus. I wouldn’t worry unless bleeding is heavy and bright red. 💓
