Period Flow

For the past 2 years (after the removal of my iud) my flows have been the same but I'm concerned they aren't normal. I have not been able to see my OB due to covid and not being able to bring children to the office with you. My period last for 3 days, I have cramping, but my flow doesn't come out. Blood is only there when I wipe after going to the restroom. Has anyone experienced this before and did you seek doctor knowledge about it?
