What can we do about baby acne?

Not sure what I can do to help clear it up..  our girl is 5 weeks old and has had it off and on for the past week. Any advice?

If you don't do anything it will eventually go away on its own. If you're breast feeding or pumping you can try that but it may not work. I never tried it but my friend did and it did nothing. Worth a shot if you really want it cleared up. Make sure you are cleaning baby's face with a clean cloth. My daughter's pediatrician said keeping clean can help

Are you breastfeeding/pumping? If so, squirt some breastmilk on a cotton ball and dab the acne spots with it, try to do that twice a day, it helps a lot!
