Dropping a feed at 7 1/2 months

So my son is 7 1/2 months old and he’s dropped his 3rd feed. He’s in quite a good routine wakes anytime from 8-8:30. He’ll have his breakfast along with his bottle. He’ll then go 4-5 hours and will then have his second bottle. And at between 4/30 and 5 he will have his tea and some fruit afterwards and then a bottle. These past 4 days he’s been refusing his 3rd bottle and will just take his food and last until his nighttime bottle at 8/9pm depending on how late he has his tea. I feel like it’s too soon for him to drop a feed but I’m not sure🤷🏼‍♀️ has anyone else’s little ones started doing this or just mine? I have tried to get in touch with health visitor but she’s not available until Monday afternoon. Any advise would be great😊
