How long did you wait to TTC after 13 week loss?

I've just recently had a loss at 13 weeks... Still bleeding from the miscarriage. I don't really know why I'm asking this already as I'm still deeply grieving. I guess its just making me feel a bit better to look to the future.. where hopefully I will have a healthy baby. 
I will be asking my Dr. At my follow up appointment, but did you find it helpful to wait a few cycles to let your uterine lining build up? Or did you go for it right away?

I am so sorry for your loss. I miscarried at home at 11 weeks in April. I bled for 8 weeks before I ultimately needed a d&c. We are going to start trying next month.  If you have a d&c, I do think your body can bounce back faster. I know how you feel, when you are deep in grief you are so sad about your baby but you also just really want to be pregnant again. I didnt fully understand how much my body needed time to heal...as well as my heart. MC is not easy on the body or the mind. I think the doc will tell you when you are cleared, and then the rest is up to you and when you are ready ❤

I had a miscarriage in September of 2018 and then got pregnant again in December of 2018 and had a completely healthy pregnancy and carried to full term.

We didn’t try for a year. It was my 3rd miscarriage I had in 6 months
