This was happening to me. Taking breaks when All I did was walk to the fridge lol My Dr said it was the high levels of Progesterone and Oestrogen . But I also had a UTI and after it was treated I felt not 100% better but a lot. I have felt out of breathe and winded my entire pregnancy

I feel that way at 4w because of my extreme fatigue!

Idk about getting winded, but severe fatigue that early is normal. That was my first symptom with my son before I tested. I don’t think that’s distinctively a pregnancy thing. At least not until you’re carrying the weight of your baby/fluid later on in the third trimester, ha. 😅
