Technically you can ovulate 12-48 hours after lh surge so you may not actually ovulate until cd 18 even though you got your positive lh surge today. That happens to me a lot actually. But the only way to know for sure is to confirm with bbt temp rise

That is definitely a positive!! 
Just be careful because us girls with PCOS generally have a high LH surge, I get that alot with mine which is very annoying 😔
