Hi everyone! I’m a FTM and I’m a little worried.

Yesterday I was feeling some cramping and was throwing up & felt really light headed. I went to the L & D and they made me stay over night to monitor baby & I. Doctors said I was dilated 2 cm & contraction were there but not too intense. They also said she’s already facing downwards, so idk of means any thing? Also, I got a shot which is to help baby girl’s lungs get prepared in case she decides to come out early. My only concern is if she was to come out this early or some time earlier than 37 weeks, is it riskier? I know I can’t really do much if she does decide to come out soon, but that’s my only worry, if she’ll be okay being out between 33 weeks and 37 weeks. I just need y’all to ease my mind and if you guys have stories of your child(ren) who were born before they were supposed to. I’m out the hospital now, but I am on bed rest.
