Blood pressure

So everytime I go to the dr my blood pressure is elevated. It’s 140/84. My dr suggested I take it at home 3 times a day. At home it’s 113-120/70 something every day. I took my blood pressure cuff to the dr to make sure it was accurate and it read the same thing the dr read. My question is since it’s always fine at home does that still put me at risk for hypertension or pre eclampsia?
