Does anyone know what this is?

This is to the right of my area..... I'm scared it could be something like cancer. It's been there for a while and I accidentally made it bleed just now. Any doctors or anything would be appreciated. Or anyone who knows what this is. I'm 16 and I've never had sex so It's not a genital wart or anything like that. Has anyone seen something like that before? I'm sorry I posted this on the mothers space but you all are adults and I just wanted to know if this is normal or what? Like I said, I'm scared its cancer
