Potty shot at 12 weeks?

I understand it is very hard to know the sex at 12 weeks. But I have my 12 week scan in a few days. I was thinking of asking for a potty shot ( from UK) anyone got a rough idea what the sex was from a 12 week potty scan? x

Honestly they won’t do it, if you want an early scan of gender you have to go private. We went to meet your miracle Coventry and found out at 15 weeks

Canadian mama here, I asked at my 13 week scan and was told no for a potty shot, not even to take home and look at to make guesses.

I asked my doc at 13 weeks and she took a look and said “I see a boy!”
This was on the mini ultrasound machine they roll into the office. I could take pics with my phone but it was he’s to get. She was right! But if you want to make sure go to a private ultrasound around 15 weeks, that’s a much more sure age to tell.
