Tubal ligation

Ok so everything makes me gain weight. EVERY form of birth control I have tried and I tried all except the arm implantation one. I’m 31 now and have 4 kids. Way more than I expected to be honest. But doctors never let me get my tubes tied before. I finally may have found one that will but I was reading into tubal ligation and found that a lot of women gain weight after that as well? Does anyone here have any weight issues or experience with tubal ligation?
