Period due after implant removal

Hi ladies I’m just wondering if anyone has an idea on when I’m due to come on. I have had my implant out 3 weeks ago and I have been experiencing cramps and back ache but I have not come on yet. I’m just wondering if anyone else has gone through this and how long it took you to have a period for an idea.
