So I had preeclampsia with my first, it came on suddenly around 37 weeks and I was induced at 38 weeks.

This time around, I’m 35 weeks and I have the swelling (which I know is common in general), the black dots/change in vision, and the headaches. Just like I did last time. Only thing is my BP isn’t high. It hovers in the late 120s and upper 80s.

Should I mention it to my doctor since I had preeclampsia before or just chalk it up to regular pregnancy since I don’t have the high BP?
