Why does my vagina burn all day every day 😭😭

I have the most irritating intolerable burning pain in my vagina. I haven’t had intercourse in a long time because it hurts so bad. I take cranberry pills everyday drink cranberry juice I take azo yeast and UTI pain pills but still burns. I drink plenty of water. Why is this happening 😭

If it’s actually your vagina, then it’s not a UTI. Probably a yeast infection or could be an STD. You really need to see a doctor.l because any untreated infection (urinary, yeast, std) could lead to PID (pelvic inflammatory disease) and affect your ability to have kids in the future. Also, like someone else said if the burning is when you pee it’s likely a uti and if it’s left untreated it can travel up to your bladder and kidneys and cause kidney damage and/or PID.

You definitely have an infection. You need to see a doctor asap. I had something similar a while back and I tried to treat it with otc pills for a few days. Nothing happened and I went to the Dr. Because it want getting better. She told me that Cranberry pills and cranberry juice don't actually work for uti's unless they are 100% pure. Which means no sugar. Most otc cranberry pills and juices have added sugars that feed the bacteria that caused the infection and make it worse. Plus an infection left untreated can spread and cause sepsis (blood infection) which can land you in the hospital or kill you. Go to the Dr, get checked out. You may need antibiotics

My vagina burned real bad once. I thought I had a UTI as well cause it burned when I peed. Turned out to be bacterial vaginosis and was treated with an antibiotic gel. Burning went away.

If it’s ACTUALLY your vagina, it has nothing to do with a UTI- you could have a yeast infection or STD. 
But if it burns when you pee then yeah, get checked for a UTI :) left untreated they can cause kidney damage

AZO and actually nothing OTC cures a UTI. You need actual antibiotics for that. So you need to see an actual doctor before it continues to get any worse
